Thirdly, the Playlist Generator helps the user to generate a playlist by the use of templates. Various parameters such as playlist time, tracks quality, generation modes, rotations, commercials, hour sweepers, and jingles can be specified. As a result, the user has a full ready to use playlist for broadcasting. Additionally, in the playlist, the user can choose any track for prelistening, converting and adding any features to it. With a special color indication, the user can quickly see the jingles and advertisements in the playlist as they are highlighted.
The Internet Steaming feature allows the user to easily run an internet radio station and play HTTP, MMS or FTP streams. It is also possible to use HTTP requests for sending the artists info to a specified URL. Also, the user can save the tracks titles into TXT and XML formats and upload data to FTP servers. The program has WinAMP and DirectX plug-in support. Moreover, the program takes advantages of multichannel cards like 4.0, 5.1, 7.1. One more advantage of the software is that it can be used together with two sound cards.
