The tour will take place over six days and seven nights. Participants are invited to arrange their own airfare to Quito, the capital city of Ecuador. On the following day, travelers will tour Quito itself. Quitos colonial history and attendant architecture have made it worthy of UNESCO designation as a World Heritage Site.

During the following four days, members of the tour will explore Galapagos itself in an excursion designed to preserve the regions unique natural heritage and introduce its incomparable legacy. Trained guides will point out the islands distinctive species, along with the role they played inspiring Charles Darwin to develop the theory of evolution. Many Galapagos species have no fear of humans, providing an opportunity to observe them very closely, all under the guidance of experts who help the traveler learn and appreciate it all, while respecting the Galapagos ecology.
