The Academy Awards give rise to a whole plethora of controversies. Everything from who an actress came with, who someone went home with, who had liposuction just for the evening to who were the best & worst dressed at the Oscars 2011 has made international headlines. Colin Firth was touted to be the winner of the best actor for his sterling performance in The Kings Speech. The audience was proved right and he took home his first Oscar. The effervescent Natalie Portman set the red carpet ablaze with her being obviously pregnant and her cuteness. Her beautiful dress was easily one of the most elegant ones worn for this monumental evening. Many people assumed that she and her fellow actresses like Winona Ryder opted for Liposuction for their roles as ballerinas in the movie Black Swan but this isnt true as per the celebrity grapevine.
