Data from the user cell phone is processed on the cell phone before it is sent to the Track and Locate M2M platform. The Track and Locate M2M platform provides a web based interface for a monitoring company or any individual to control and manage all cell phones remotely and provides for data storage, reporting, exception monitoring, alert and notification and mapping for GPS data.
Currently a selected set of mobile phones from Nokia support the Life Assist technology.
