Spain City(Marbella) October 21st 2010th - Aaron Lordson, the King of Soul, performed his repertoire in the restaurants Da Bruno Sul Mare and Da Bruno Cabopino, on 14th, 16th and 17th October 2010. The Da Bruno Marbella Restaurants constructed makeshift stages for the performances of this renowned artist of African origin
Aaron Lordson was born in Togo, where as a young boy he began his relationship with music. He was only 12 years old when he performed in front of about 3,000 people in a college in his native city. As well as playing music, Aaron continued his studies and graduated as a gynaecologist. Two years after he graduated he realized that he had another destiny and left everything for his music. Since then he has not stopped playing in both Africa and Europe, and he especially enjoys doing outdoor concerts
In 1985 he started his career as a professional singer with the release of his first album-Think Before You Promise. His has released more than fifteen albums, including two which are acoustic. Coming from humble origins, Lordson has carved a niche in the music industry, using his voice, guitar, hard work and perseverance as his only tools. He has never worked for a record label instead he created his own label
TV performances: His first appearances in Spain had a major impact on popular television shows such as Hijos de Babel (TVE) produced by Zeppelin TV where he earned international acclaim and T S Que Vales (Tele 5), as well as various collaborations in other television and radio stations in Spain as well as internationally. On 15th May 2010 he appeared at the CAC (Contemporary Art Centre) in Malaga where he paid tribute to the great masters of soul. During the summer of 2010, he was also seen in Malaga making spontaneous street performances, with his special artistic quality, which touched those who saw them.
