mufin, the developer of semantic audio technology for music recommendation and music recognition, today announced that Boris Lhe, former Managing Director at Sony Entertainment Germany, is joining the mufin team as President.

With over 20 years experience in the music record industry, Lhe was Managing Director of Mercury, Island & Def Jam, part of the Universal Music Group, prior to leading Sonys domestic division in Germany. Lhe played an integral leading role in building Sonys and Universals German divisions, and was responsible for artist strategy, label relations as well as consumer and product marketing initiatives. He brings extensive knowledge of the music industry to mufin, combined with proven marketing expertise.
