JSA enhances its presence in Corporate Restructuring, Real Estate and Dispute Resolution in Southern India to their already rich portfolio of Practice Areas
India, June 29, 2009 - J. Sagar Associates (JSA), a leading national law firm today announced that the entire practice of M&C Partners, a prominent law firm of Bangalore, will merge with JSA to form one of the largest presences for any Law Firm in South India. Mr. Murali Ananthasivan and Mr. Vivek K. Chandy, Founder Partners of M&C, will join as Equity Partners of JSA. With this merger, JSA becomes one of the largest practices in South India with 39 lawyers including 5 partners.
