Oracle Certified Database Administrator (OCA) credential is an entry-level certification is intended to serve as a springboard to advanced Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) and Oracle Certified Master (OCM) applications. There are currently three active certification programs: Oracle 9i, Oracle 10g and Oracle 11g. Oracle 11g is the latest version of Oracle.
To get certified for Oracle 11g Database Administrator Certified Associate requires passing two examinations:
Any one of the following SQL exams: Introduction to Oracle9i SQL (1Z0-007), Oracle Database 11g: SQL Fundamentals I (1Z0-051), or Oracle Database SQL Expert (1Z0-047).
Oracle Database 11g: Administration I. This exam (1Z0-052) is only available through Oracle University or a Prometric testing center.

The exam is 90 minutes long and contains 70 questions. In order to pass, you need to answer at least 66% of the questions correctly.
When you have completed OCA credential, most graduates choose to continue the Oracle Certified Professional certification, which is the normal shutdown for most Oracle certification candidates. But if you really want to prove your skills, try to prestigious Oracle 11g Database Administrator Certified Master credential.
