Da Bruno Italian Restaurants Marbella threw a spontaneous Maypole Dance Evening almost two months earlier than the traditional Maypole Dance celebrations. The evening was a huge success enjoyed by a diverse group of International clients.
This event is only one in a series of many events which are organised by Da Bruno Marbella Restaurants. The Maypole Dance Evening idea was born out of a cross cultural discussion. Some German clients felt like welcoming in some summer weather earlier than they would back in Germany so the Da Bruno team laid on a special evening for their customers.
In Germany the Bandltanz and in the UK the Maypole Dance is a traditional dance performed on the first of May to celebrate the approach of summer. The men and women dance around a finely decorated May pole wrapping intertwined red and white ribbons around the pole as they go.
Other events organised by Da Bruno Italian Restaurants Marbella include golf tournaments, paddle tournaments and tennis tournaments. Additionally Da Bruno Restaurants are both collaborator and sponsor in the Copa de Espaa Plat25, which is a National Regatta running for the second year in Marbella.
